Breakfast Ideas

Sometimes we have time on the weekends to make something special, but most of the time, we are racing out the door. Here are a few of my family favorites. We tend to get in a rut and eat the same items every morning, but our bodies need diversity to get the nutrients it needs. Eggs are great in the morning and I'm grateful we no longer need to stick to a "2 egg" a week rule (like 10 years ago), but having eggs every day isn't the answer either. If you like eggs, try to have them every other day instead of daily. Here are a few ideas to help you change up the "routine" of your morning.
