Mango Curry Trail Mix
1/2 cup raw cashews1/2 cup raw almonds1/2 cup raw pepitas1 Tablespoon curry powder1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup1/2 teaspoon sea salt1/2 cup dried mango chopped into small pieces1/4 cup dried cherries
1. Place cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds, curry powder, maple syrup and sea salt in a small bowl and toss to coat.2. Add to the electric skillet and turn to 300 for 15 minutes and cover (no preheating needed.3. orRoast nuts in the oven for 15 minutes. (Preheated at 350)4. Cool and add dried fruit!5.
