Heavenly Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie Bowl
Talk about starting the day with a colorful burst of flavor and nutrition! Purple sweet potatoes are high in fiber, phytonutrients, antioxidants and just makes sense to add to you diet...And let's face it, the color is brilliant!

Ingredients:
2 purple sweet potatoes ( 8 ounces) diced, or cone 3
2 frozen ripe bananas
¼ cup yogurt (greek or plant based)
Juice of a lime or lemon (! like lime best)
Toppings:
Granola
Coconut
Berries
Bananas
Nuts
Ground flax
Roast potatoes
Carrot way- add to EOC start at 300, click to low for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Add ingredients to a food processor or blender.
Top and enjoy!
